What hours to you offer your service?

We provide our carpet cleaning service from 9.30am to 5pm Monday to Saturday. In certain circumstances we can offer an out of hours service.
What areas do you cover?

We provide a service to Herfordshire, Bedfordshire and North London. For certain larger jobs we can travel further. Please call for advice.
Do you have a minimun charge?

Our minimun charge for any job is £60
How long do the carpets take to dry?

Drying time will depend on the length of the carpet pile. The longer the pile the longer the drying time. Due to the high power of a cleaning equipment the average drying has been reduced on average to 3-4 hours.
Are there any additional charges?

No. All our prices are clearly displayed on our site. What you see is what you pay. Always.
Do i need to do anything prior to your arrival?

Please remove any small items from the floor and keep as much as the area clear as possible clear for the carpet cleaning. Larger items such as sofas and table can be moved by us and put straight back. Very large items such as wardrobes and sideboards may have to remain in place and cleaned around.
What happens if something gets broken or my carpet is damaged?

As absolute care is taken the chance of something being damaged is highly unlikely. However in the event of damage, our full liability insurance to the vale of £1 million will certainly cover it.
