Yes. The minimum Charge is £60. Therefore it is beneficial to ensure the clean adds up to that amount to get value for money.

The carpets usually take around 3-4 hours to dry. During this period it is absolutely fine to walk on them as they will naturally dry around you.

Do I need to prepare anything prior to arrival?
Please remove any small items from the floor and keep as much as the area clear as possible clear for the carpet cleaning. Larger items such as sofas and tables can be moved by us and put straight back. Very large items such as wardrobes and sideboards may have to remain in place and cleaned around.

What happens if you break anything in my home or damage my carpet?
As absolute care is taken the chance of something being damaged is highly unlikely. However in the event of damage, my full liability insurance to the value of £1 million will keep you protected.
